Online counselling

Counselling for depression

I offer online counselling for depression to adults across the UK, by video call or telephone. Sessions last 60 minutes and cost £60, and the first step is a free 20 minute consultation.

When everything feels heavy, when getting through the day takes all the energy you have, it can be hard to believe things could feel different. I'm Rowena, a BACP-registered integrative counsellor offering support to adults across the UK, online.

You don't have to carry this on your own.

Depression is more than feeling sad. It can show up as a persistent flatness, a loss of interest in things that once mattered, or a tiredness that sleep doesn't seem to touch.

You may recognise the experience of carrying on while quietly struggling underneath. Counselling creates a space where you can begin to make sense of what you're feeling, without pressure to perform.

I work integratively, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. We might explore patterns from the past, work with what's happening in the present, or develop practical strategies for the harder days.

You might recognise some of these

  • Feeling low, flat, or numb for weeks at a time
  • Losing interest in things you used to enjoy
  • Withdrawing from friends, family, or daily routines
  • Persistent tiredness that rest doesn't relieve
  • Difficulty concentrating or making simple decisions
  • Feeling worthless, hopeless, or stuck

Wherever you are in the UK, sessions take place online by video call or telephone, so we can meet at a time and in a space that feels right for you. Each session lasts 60 minutes, usually weekly for the first six weeks to help build a trusting working relationship.

I work with adults aged 18 and over and follow the BACP Ethical Framework for good practice.

Hi, I'm Rowena, an integrative counsellor in Surrey. I work with adults who are facing a wide range of challenges, whether it's anxiety, relationship struggles, feeling stuck, or navigating grief and loss. Life can feel overwhelming sometimes, especially when you're trying to push through alone. I offer a safe, confidential space where you can pause, be heard, and begin to make sense of what you're feeling.

As an integrative counsellor, I don't believe one size fits all. I draw on different approaches to shape our sessions around what works best for you.

As well as being a counsellor, I'm also a certified transitional life coach, and I help people navigate life's changes with clarity, courage, and confidence. Whether you're stepping into the unknown or stepping up into your full potential, I offer one-to-one coaching tailored to your unique journey.

So, if you're going through a life transition that I can help you with, contact me today to book your free 20 minute discovery call. Let's get you to a place of clarity, confidence, and moving forward.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

Choose a time that suits you and take that first step. If it feels easier, you can start with a free 20-minute telephone consultation, a simple, no-pressure conversation to help you decide what's right for you.
