Book a Consultation

Reaching out is the first step. You can start with a free 20-minute telephone consultation, a simple, no-pressure conversation to help you decide what's right for you.

Enquiry form coming soon. For now, please call or email.

What happens when you get in touch?

There is nothing you need to have prepared. You don't have to explain everything, or even know exactly what you want from counselling yet. Just tell me a little about what has brought you here, and we'll take it from there.

I'll get back to you as soon as I can, usually within a day or two.

What does the free consultation cover?

The first conversation is a free 20-minute telephone call. It's a chance for you to ask questions, tell me a bit about what you are looking for, and get a feel for whether I'm the right person to support you. We can talk through how sessions work, fees, and anything you are unsure about. There is no pressure and no obligation to book anything afterwards.

And after that?

If you decide you would like to go ahead, we'll arrange your first session at a time that works for you. All sessions are online, so you can join from wherever you feel most at ease. And if it turns out I'm not the right fit, that is completely okay too. Where I can, I'll point you toward other support.

If you need urgent support right now, this site is not the right place. Please contact the Samaritans free on 116 123, any time of day or night, call NHS 111, or in an emergency call 999.
